Jeff Wraley is always thinking about making things better. He is an engineer by schooling but is also a creative dreamer. His career started in commercial construction where he worked to bring innovation to bear in large healthcare and higher education building projects. After business school, he helped small businesses and private-equity backed companies devise growth and innovation plans as a strategy consultant. He has started and shuttered several tech startups - and is thankful for the learning along the way. Jeff started Groundwork after realizing the sales process for home improvement contractors needs to be re-thought. Groundwork is still an early stage company and is growing quickly in the increasingly virtual world we live in.
