Edwin Richardson Jr., devoted husband to best friend Crystal Richardson, father to a young man now, Julus and two badass 9 month-old twins Chance and Chace Richardson, and of course we cannot forget his four-legged buddy and sidekick Havoc. USAF Combat Controller retired after over 20 years served. Edwin Richardson comes to this team as the Owner and President of The Richardson Unlimited Strategy Team, LLC (Richardson Strategy) and Chief Operating Officer for Stealth Performance Communication. During Mr. Richardson’s time in service, he has been stationed in various locations across the U.S. to include 6 years in Okinawa, Japan as well as a large portion of his time served spent in Iraq and Afghanistan. Edwin Richardson's experience includes deployments involving humanitarian Aid, Disaster Relief efforts both on our nations land and abroad, and ground combat operations in support of OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM, OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM, and INHERENT RESOLVE.
Edwin Richardson brings years of experience directly advising leaders within Army Special Forces, Navy SEALs, Marine Special Operations Teams, along with various government agencies and International Forces during some of the most chaotic events and harsh environments imaginable. While serving in the U.S. Air Force, Edwin Richardson held positions to include Section Chief, Flight Chief, and Operations Chief in multiple industries or AFSC’s (Maintenance, Operations, Training, and Special Tactics) while serving. Edwin Richardson has been awarded multiple Bronze Stars w/Valorfor direct ground combat actions to include citations for service during Natural disaster planning and rescue operations. Mr. Richardson has mastered the tools necessary to motivate and create effective teams, develop and guide future leaders, prioritize lines of effort, conflict resolution and risk mitigation, as well as maximizing overall personal and operational performance.
Schools conquered include Special Tactics Selection Course, Army Airborne, S.E.R.E., Air Traffic Control School, Combat Control School, Marine Reconnaissance Amphibious Warfare (open/closed circuit combat diver), Military HALO/HAHO Freefall, Alternate Insertion/Extraction, Small Unit and Tactics, Amphibious Watercraft Operations, Demolitions, Ground Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and Joint Tactical Air Control course.
