Carolyn Estelle, Director, Executive Search, brings over 15 years of search experience to Captivate Talent. For the last year and a half, she has been helping their clients make critical hires at VP and C levels. Prior; Carolyn had the opportunity to build out the Conferences leadership team globally at Gartner. Gartner is the worlds leading technology research and advisory company. She spent the first ten years of her career at Daversa Partners as a Director. Daversa Partners is known for placing executive talent at tier-one venture-backed start-ups in the internet, software, and services industries. She was a pivotal part of scaling the company internally and externally. Carolyn sits on the Board of Directors at Pace Universities Lubin School of Business with a focus on Transformative Leadership. She graduated from Fairfield University with a B.A. in Communications and New Media.
Carolyn is the proud solo parent to a two-year-old boy named Christian who keeps her challenged and entertained daily. They are learning Spanish together and both enjoy boating on the Long Island Sound and Great South Bay. She is looking forward to passing down her love of skiing to Christian this season.
